Item detection slide tray sorter

After each induction station of the slide tray sorter there will be a bar with photo-eyes looking through the hole pattern to detect if an item was inducted. Also before each induction zone a pre-induction pe bar will be installed to check if a tray is empty before the induction zone. The hole pattern is designed so non-transparent products of 70 mm x 70 mm (length x width) will always be detected. Products should meet both the minimum length and width of 70 mm for guaranteed detection.
