Multi Client Picking Car

The Multi-Client Picking Car (MCPC) is a simple and economical picking solution that dramatically increases picking productivity and virtually eliminates errors. Using the MCPC system, the operator can pick articles for 4 to 8 orders simultaneously.

The car consists of a portable Put2light system enabling several orders to be picked simultaneously. Each car has an onboard touchscreen, a wireless scanner equipped with a small LCD screen, and several Put2light displays. Instructions to the operator are displayed simultaneously on the touch screen and on the screen of the scanner. Put2light displays indicate in which locations of the car picked products should be put, allowing picked articles to be sorted visually. This eliminates errors that are normally associated with traditional multi-order picking techniques.
