Screen2sort

Screen2sort is a computer-aided manual sorting system that offers all the logistics planning benefits of an automated sorting system, such as carton content and waves, while allowing simultaneous distribution of up to 6 SKUs. Sorting instructions are presented on displays through a user interface that automatically adapts its layout based on the number of operators working in the area. Operator color coding is used for greater productivity.

Screen2sort is the preferred solution for clients for whom the amount of goods to be distributed does not justify the investment of an automated sorter machine, or for products that that cannot be handled on an automated sorter machine because of fragility, volume, or packing limitations.
