F-RAT

Conveyors are the industry standard for efficient transport of cartons, totes or bags. We install own-built conveyor's, but extend our portfolio by using the ITOH DENKI F-RAT in cases where a divert of 90 degrees is required. ITOH DENKI is known as the industry leader in the field of AC motor driven conveyors (MDR) which consists of a standard conveyor roller tube with the electric motor and gear set inside.

The F-RAT is fully powered by MDR technology and requires no pneumatics. It can be used for items with a minimum dimension of 225 x 225 mm and weight up to 50 kg.

We use the F-RAT for a wide range of applications. It can be used for the traditional transporting of items, but combined with our conveyors and powerful in-house software we extend its functionality. By doing so, we can deploy the F-RAT as inbound sorter, shipping sorter and take-away conveyor.
